The house is 4 , 800 square feet with 6 bedrooms , 5 baths , a pool and jetliner views .

The deal officially closes Friday morning. Kendall signed the final docs Wednesday in NYC.

Everyone 's a celeb in this deal ... John and Emily were repped by super realtor Kurt Rappaport, and Kendall was repped by Farrah Aldjufrie.
