Why you won’t ever see Khloe Kardashian in a bikini

Khloe Kardashian has lost 35 pounds (16 kilograms) thanks to a healthy diet and exercise regimen.

DON’T expect to see Khloe Kardashian hitting the beach in a teeny bikini.

While the reality star — who celebrated her 32nd birthday on Monday — has posed nude on several occasions and flashed her abs while working out, she reveals on ITV’s Lorraine that the idea of stepping out in a bikini makes her uncomfortable.

“I love one pieces and I think one pieces can be super sexy,” she says. “I don’t think you need to show everything for it to be sexy.”

Khloe adds, “For me, I’m always a one-piece girl.”

That being said, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star isn’t anti-bikini.

“I think if you got it, flaunt it,” she touts. “I wish I was one of those girls that could just walk down in a bikini all the time, but I just don’t feel comfortable.”


Khloe did, however, feel “comfortable” when she posed completely naked for an “impromptu” photo shoot in St. Barts last year, after she announced that she was down 35 pounds (16 kilograms) thanks to committing to a healthy diet and workout regimen.

“A little late-night skinny dipping,” she captioned her pics, even posting an image she labelled “the money shot.”

Like Khloe says, “If you got it, flaunt it.”

Meanwhile, the reality star also revealed the treats she eats on cheat day on her blog in a post titled XOXO: The Treat Day Foods I Dream About.

Khloe said in a perfect world, her diet would “basically be the kids’ menu”.

“I try to eat pretty healthy but I definitely have cheat days — which I now call ‘treat days,’” she wrote. “No shame in treating yourself!

“If I wanted to go all out on a treat day, I’d have waffles or a sugary cereal, like Fruit Loops, for breakfast. I looove cereal!

As for lunch: “Chicken fingers dipped in ranch, barbecue sauce or hot sauce are one of my favourite lunch treats.

“For dinner, I’m into pizza — but it has to be dipped in ranch. Yum!!! That’s how to con me into anything, LOL: Offer me pizza!”

And if she’s had a night out drinking and gets home late, Khloe said she craves mac and cheese.

“I seriously never feel good after eating mac and cheese, but in a perfect world I would eat it all the time!”
